Adam Sandler is taking a break from his nationwide arena tour to drop into NYC for one night on Tuesday, Nov. 29.
That evening, the comic and “Uncut Gems” star will discuss his 2022 Netflix film “Hustle” with MTV’s Josh Horowitz at the 92nd Street Y following a screening of the popular basketball movie.
For the uninitiated, in “Hustle,” Sandler plays veteran Philadelphia 76ers scout Stanley Sugarman who marches to the beat of his own drum.
While searching for talent overseas, he discovers the unsigned, unknown future star Bo Cruz (NBA player Juancho Hernangómez) and does everything in his power to get him a shot at the big time.
Best of all, tickets are still available for the exclusive event.
At the time of publication, tickets started at $125 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Vivid Seats is a verified secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
It offers a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure, and all tickets will be delivered prior to the event.
All prices are subject to fluctuation.
While chatting with Horowitz, expect to hear Sandler discuss the making of “Hustle,” his real-life basketball fandom (hint: we don’t think he’s really a Sixers fan), switching between comedy and drama, as well as several other topics.
Will he bust out “The Chanukah Song?”
We can’t confirm, but we do know the best way to find out is live.

“Hustle” cast, reviews, trailer
While not every Adam Sandler movie scores with critics, “Hustle” mostly did.
Co-starring Queen Latifah, Ben Foster, Heidi Gardner, Robert Duvall, and Jaleel White, “Hustle” netted a 93% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
“‘Hustle’ doesn’t have any fancy moves, but it doesn’t need them — Adam Sandler’s everyman charm makes this easy layup fun to watch.”

Upcoming Adam Sandler movies
Sandler never stops working.
As is typical, the funnyman has quite a few movies in the works. Here’s what we know about each of them.
“Murder Mystery 2” (2023): The sequel to the hit 2019 caper co-starring Jennifer Aniston filmed in Hawaii, and Paris, France, earlier this year. Although no plot details have been released, an entire cast list has. Joining Sandler and Aniston this time around are Mark Strong (“Zero Dark Thirty”), Melanie Laurent (“Inglourious Basterds”), and Jodie Turner-Smith (“Queen & Slim”).
“Spaceman” (2023): Based on the 2017 sci-fi novel “Spaceman of Bohemia,” the book follows the Czech Republic’s first independent astronaut. Sent on a dangerous solo mission, he leaves his wife behind and befriends a giant arachnid. No word on how closely the movie follows the original storyline. Paul Dano (“The Batman”), Carey Mulligan (“Promising Young Woman”), and Isabella Rossellini (“Blue Velvet”) round out the cast.
“You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah” (TBD): Adapted from Fiona Rosembloom’s 2005 Young Adult text, “YASNITMBM” centers around 13-year-old Stacey preparing for her titular Bat Mitzvah. Everything falls apart when she discovers her best friend locking lips with her crush. His family will join Sandler for this one; his wife Jackie and daughters Sadie and Sunny are all attached to the project.
Plus, there’s an untitled Safdie Brothers project in the works.
Details are under wraps.
